Not much cuter than a 1st time momma who would look good in a burlap sac.
Fun shoot, thought I would share!

(buh beep beep)

Has now become a prop.

(cuz it’s stuck)

Miss Emma… growing up a lil’ too fast!

Two adorable boys and their momma…

and a gift for their daddy, who just returned from Iraq…

What a FUN SHOOT! Thanks for playing along with my silly ideas, guys!

Yup, that’s right. I did my 1st wedding as a photographer, not a bride.
She buttered me up; I promised her snapshots.
(I think we’re both happy with the results. )

A HUGE shout out to *MY* wedding photog Emmerlee Sherman for sharing the day with me. What a fun treat to have her around to help!

cue music…

I had the chance to click on an adorable (highschool) graduate last weekend, who is one of many strong and brave women in her family. We had a blast!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Then I had one of the most stunningly-beautiful families stop by my “Clickapalooza” event, and all I can say is:
wow. (and I get to click on that newborn in a couple weeks too!! squueeee!)
A couple more families to come… and a WEDDING TOO !
More nibbles:
Let’s peek at a brave lil’ bird… shall we?
Dimples, cute sisters.. faux hawks… REALLY? Yes!
Ava Claire, in all her cuteness. Man I love her gutz.
So years ago I worked in (TV) commercial production. We had a client that wanted a “Crazy Cat Lady” shoot, with 37 cats running around a haggered lady in an apron. Said Haggered Lady was this pretty red head who’s name I can’t seem to find on IMDB. But she was our main gal. Ends up not only was she allergic to cats (um, good call there agent) but we had a real bonafide movie star amongst us.
She played the shopkeeper that sold Meryl Streep the red dress in Bridges of Madison County. Meryl was in River Runs Wild with Kevin Bacon. And Booh-yah! I just won the game. (unless you can beat me…. leave a comment to take me down)
Anywho…. on our way back from the Nebraska wedding, we took many roads off the beaten path to chase these Bridges of Madison County. Ends up there several. Who knew? You can easily follow the brown signs from one to the next. Silly signmakers didn’t bother to put mile markers on said signs, so you have no idea if you’re driving for 10 minutes or 10 hours. Let me just say Ava didn’t appreciate THAT one bit of missing information.
But it was a nice day and we were in no hurry to get home. So drive we did, and crossed some bridges when we came to them.
Roll Tape.
(think Davez’s family is awesome.)
We were recently guests at Cousin Elle’s wedding to her beau Roy. It was a lovely, albeit beyond hot, weekend.
Here’s a peek at a bunch of the kids, cousins and friends that were there.
Enjoy!
(if you would like the full resolution files emailed to you, please make sure I have your email address)
He may have been a total pain in the ass growing up, and stolen my stuff way too many times…
but he made a really cute kid with his darling wife, “NayNay” and I just wanted to put it all together for him.
Enjoy!
